2021 CSHSTBC Senior Scholarships

College Station High School Theatre Booster Club is excited to offer scholarships to qualifying graduating seniors pursuing a degree in theatre.

Qualifications for Scholarship:

• Must be attending a 2, 3 or 4 year college or conservatory.
• Must be declared a theatre major or minor (Acting, Musical Theatre, Technical Theatre or Theatre Education)
  
• Must have been in the theatre department for at least one entire year. Participated in 2 shows (Fall or Musical), in an advanced theatre class and participated in at least one UIL One Act Play in a performance or technical role.

To be considered for a scholarship please complete all steps:

1. Please turn in a single page essay explaining your decision to pursue a degree in theatre and your specific discipline in theatre. Please include your name and GPA at the top of the page. (Single page, typed, double spaced, 12 pt font is appropriate)
2. Proof of college admission and program admission. (If attending a 2 year college please include in your essay colleges you would like to transfer to continue your degree pursuit.)
3. Theatre resume

We are also offering scholarships to underclassmen who will be attending a theatre summer camp.

• You must have participated in at least one theatre show and been in a theatre class.
• Please turn in a single page essay explaining what you enjoy about theatre, your goals for the theatre camp, and how this will help you the following school year.
• Proof of enrollment in theatre summer camp.
